to sit.
orchid-doubles move. Base stands, flyer sits
facing. Base slides feet down flyers legs keeping hands
on ropes pressing weight on whole of flyers legs up
to hips (made easier if flyer flexes feet) Flyer can
then take hands off and bend backwards; looks nice if
flyer has good backbend.
