Super Pantry

This is a self-help training and education program designed to help impoverished people provide for the nutritional needs of their families and achieve self-sufficiency. During a ten week course of study, individuals share in the preparation of healthy meals and are trained in life skills, wellness promotion, budgeting, personal and community responsibility, and nutrition education.
