Assignment 5: Course Web Site

Description: This is an ongoing project that will be updated weekly throughout the semester. The components of this Web site include:

1) a home page (default.htm),
2) a portfolio section which will include links to all assignments as they are completed
3) a Web log that you will update every week, writing a short paragraph and linking to any Web sites that you can comment on
4) a contact page with a link to your email address and any other contact information.

You can include additional pages if you wish.

File Structure: how to organize your zip disk for this class. Follow this illustration and set up folders on your disk.

Details: Each week I will check your course Web sites for updates to your Web Logs and new links that you have found. The goal here is to keep this Web site updated and to give you practice in ongoing Web site management.

In lieu of a final exam, your course web site with portfolio is due one week after the last class. This will give you an opportunity to make revisions to earlier assignments.

Due Date: 5/5/03

This assignment is worth 20% of your final grade.
