Pete Rogers came to Loyola's Campus Ministry team in the summer of 1997. Pete coordinates spiritual development opportunities on campus, which include pre-retreat and post-retreat experiences, Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA), and and various lectures sponsored by Campus Ministry. He is also an active participant in the retreat program, and helps supervise the retreat interns. Pete also serves as an adjunct professor in the psychology department, where he teaches Psychology of Religion. his interests include psychology of religion, theology, world religions, sports, and ballroom dancing.

Karen Neilson came to Loyola in the Personnel Department in 1976. Since then, Karen has held Department Secretary positions in Resident Life, Public Relations, Alumni, Student Health, and currently serves as Campus Ministry Assistant. Karen coordinates the Sunday evening Protestant Worship Service as well as other Ecumenical and Interfaith programs. Along with the office manager responsibilities, Karen enjoys the student class retreats and has spent many weekends away with freshmen, juniors, sophomores and seniors. She also coordinates the Women's Faculty and Staff annual retreat. Karen lives in Towson and has two grown sons, one married and living in Towson, and the other, a Loyola graduate, living in New York.

In August 1998, after completing a sabbatical year at Haus St. Benedikt, a Zen training center in Wuerzburg, Germany, Fr. Hartley joined the Loyola College Campus Ministry team. He is a member of the Clara Sangha, a Zen group located in Baltimore. From 1987 to 1997 Fr. Hartley taught courses in ethics and spirituality, and chaired the Religious Studies Department at Loyola High School in Baltimore. His duties at Loyola College include administering the pre-Cana Conferences and assisting several of the student retreat teams. Fr. Hartley is a member of the RCIA team and is working to arrange a film series for the on-campus cable system.
